The Design Studio produces floor plans, 3D renderings, and a detailed scope of work. You see the finished project before you approve it, then we deliver a written proposal with costs.
Construction
New Horizon Homes or the appropriate partner executes the build. Your project manager coordinates materials, trades, and schedule, with regular updates throughout.
Completion and Walkthrough
A final walkthrough confirms everything meets spec. We hand over documentation, warranty information, and maintenance guidance.

Remodeling, Waterproofing, and Home Renovation
New Horizon Homes is our preferred partner for construction and remodeling. NHH renovates kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home interiors across Nassau and Suffolk counties. Their waterproofing division grew out of the basement work, because a finished basement means nothing if water can get into it. NHH installs full perimeter interior drainage systems, sump pumps, and crawl space encapsulation.
